“The people of the State of California do enact as follows.”

All 5th grade students and higher without a laptop at home will receive a laptop for educational purposes paid for

by California taxpayers. In addition, these same students will receive free wi-fi and anything needed to support their learning from the laptop including blocks from inappropriate material.
